Cryo

Cryo is an element in Arknights: Endfield.

Description

Cryo Operators are capable of doing Cryo Damage, shown in game as a cyan number.

Some Operators are also capable of dealing Cryo Infliction, indicated by an ice icon besides their Health Bar.

When Operators deal Cryo Infliction on enemies that already have Cryo Infliction, a Cryo Burst will be triggered, during which they take massive Cryo Damage. Like Physical, the Inflictions are removed after a Burst.

The damage dealt this way is affected by the dealer's stats.

Solidify

If Cryo Infliction is dealt on enemies with another type of Arts Infliction, Solidification will be triggered instead, during which they take Cryo Damage, and for a period of time, they are unable to act and takes increased Physical Damage. If Solidification is dealt again, the duration will refresh. Elite and Boss enemies are immune to the effect, though.

The damage dealt this way is affected by the dealer's stats. Like Cryo Burst, the Inflictions are removed after the Reaction.
