The Cabal of Tranquility is a faction on Talos-II. The Cabal is an enigmatic organization dedicated to the study and preservation of ancient knowledge and technologies. Its members engage with cryptic languages and ancient scripts, aiming to unlock and perpetuate the wisdom of the ancients.

The Cabal of Tranquility primarily studies the remnants of the ancient Predecessor civilization. They also show a profound reverence for a concept known as Veritas (Latin for "truth").
Operator Xaihi, full name Séraphine Xaihi, is a member of the Cabal of Tranquility. She is amongst the first cohort of young Cabal members working at Endfield Industries as part of the program titled: Upon the Shoulders of Giants - 1st Joint Endfield & Cabal of Tranquility Technological Mass and Seminary Discourse on the Pedagogy of Ancient Knowledge and Theories.[1]
